I don’t know how many of you at TCNJ or around the Ewing area know about Lovin Cookies, but I (much to my surprise) was never informed of this AWESOME place when I came here. I hope you guys haven’t heard about Lovin Cookies because then I’m just going to look silly explaining all this to you.
So this place delivers cookies. To your door. HOW COOL IS THAT?? I knew of Insomnia Cookies, but they’re located in Philadelphia and New York City (it wasn’t too long ago a friend told me about Lovin Cookies, so they probably were established recently).
Yesterday, a different friend and I felt naughty and decided to indulge in this discovery. Here’s what you do: you can call or order online, then choose any dough (plain, chocolate, oatmeal, peanut butter, and red velvet) and up to three types of “fixins” to make your perfect cookie. You can order up to 12 cookies, with the minimum of 3 cookies with a certain combination. You can also get milk (your choice of skim or whole) with your cookie order for an extra charge. And don’t worry, they come freshly baked and WARM with cinnamon dipping! If you want to be even better to yourself, you can order a pint of Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream to come along with it. As a lover of all things sweet and baked, THIS IS SOOO FREAKING AMAZINGGGG.
Within 30 minutes, we got our cookies which were yummy, by the way. They could work on their dough because their cookies are cakier than what I would like, but that’s subjective. I have to warn you, the size of the cookie varies depending on the dough. The red velvet cookies were small in comparison to my friend’s who got the plain dough. I guess they expand differently.
I apologize to those of you on a diet, because this may really ruin it for you. But yea. You guys have to try this! Lovin cookies also delivers, if you want to send cookies to your loved ones.
That’s disappointing.
I AM OBSESSED WITH THIS SONG.
Just thought you all should know.
